Our weekly sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to different fitness levels, including complete beginners. The workout format allows everyone to push their own limits while staying together as a group on track. Each session is a one-hour high-intensity interval training, perfect for improving your running performance regardless of your current level.

We sometimes also organize casual social runs to build endurance and meet new people, as well as monthly Run&Brunch events to try different restaurants in Zurich.

Our meeting point is on Wednesday at the Sportanlage Sihlhölzli atheltic field near Wiedikon. All the training sessions will be held on the track when available, with laps of 400m perfect for high intensity training. If the track is not free, we'll run on its perimeter until it becomes available again.

Cancellation Policy

This event is fully refundable until 1 day before the event date.

You can cancel your booking through your personal profile on our website at any time before this deadline.

After the 1-day deadline, your booking is generally non-refundable. However, if you find someone to take your place or if we can fill your spot from our waiting list, we can typically offer a refund minus a small administrative fee.
