Browse our curated collection of experiences designed to connect like-minded individuals. Each experience includes detailed information about activities, accommodations, dates and pricing to help you make the best choice for your interests.

Book and Pay

Once you've found your perfect experience, secure your spot with either a deposit or full payment, depending on the specific requirements of your chosen adventure.

For experiences with higher demand, we recommend booking early to ensure availability. All payments are secure and most experiences offer free cancellation policies (check each experience for specific terms).

Confirmation

Each experience has a status that helps you understand its current availability. Once an experience reaches 'Confirmed' status, all participants receive a confirmation email and can proceed to secure their travel arrangements.

This confirmation typically happens several months before the start date, giving you plenty of time to arrange your schedule and prepare for the adventure.

Experience Status Types:

  • Pending: Still waiting for more participants to confirm the trip
  • Confirmed: Minimum number of participants reached, experience will happen
  • Last Spots: Only a few spots remaining, book soon
  • Sold Out: Experience is fully booked, you can join the waiting list

Travel Arrangements

After the experience is Confirmed, you can arrange your travel to the experience location. Depending on the destination, this might involve booking flights, trains, or planning a road trip. We'll provide detailed information about the best ways to reach the meeting point.

Our team will suggest optimal arrival and departure times, and can recommend the most convenient travel options based on previous experiences. We're always available to help you find the best travel solution for your needs.

Connect with Your Tribe

Approximately one month before your experience begins, we'll create a WhatsApp group with all participants. This gives you an opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers before the adventure begins.

You can coordinate meet-ups, arrange shared transportation, and start building connections that will enhance your experience.

Accommodation

All accommodations are shared only with participants from your experience. We carefully arrange room assignments, typically keeping male and female travelers in separate accommodations for everyone's comfort. Special arrangements can be made for couples or groups traveling together.

Transportation

To keep our experiences flexible and affordable, we generally do not include transportation in the package price. However, we actively facilitate car-pooling and same-flight arrangements between participants to split costs and reduce our environmental impact. This also provides another opportunity to connect with fellow tribe members during your journey.

What if I'm coming alone?

Most of our participants come solo! Our experiences are specifically designed to connect like-minded individuals. You'll quickly find yourself among friends who share your interests and passion for adventure.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by experience type. For trips, you can typically cancel for free up to 30 days before the start date, though some trips might require longer notice if we need to make advance reservations. Local experiences usually have more flexible cancellation terms. The specific policy is always clearly stated on each experience page.

How big are the groups?

Group sizes vary by experience but typically range from 6 to 15 people. We keep groups small enough to ensure quality interactions but large enough to create a fun, social atmosphere.

What's included in the price?

Inclusions vary by experience and are always clearly listed on the experience page. For trips, accommodation is always included, and depending on the experience, some meals and activities may also be covered. Local experiences typically include activity costs and might include other elements like equipment rental or instruction.

Do I need insurance?

We strongly recommend having appropriate insurance coverage, especially for active experiences and trips. For adventure activities and international trips, we recommend both travel and personal accident insurance that covers your planned activities. While not mandatory for local events, it's always better to be protected.

What's the age range of participants?

Our community typically ranges from 25 to 40 years old, but we welcome anyone who shares our passion for adventure and meeting new people. The most important thing is that you're enthusiastic about the experience and ready to connect with like-minded individuals.

Can I join with friends?

Absolutely! While many come alone, we also welcome small groups of friends. We can arrange shared accommodation for your group while maintaining the social aspect with other participants.

What if the minimum number isn't reached?

If we don't reach the minimum number of participants, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or experience. We'll notify you well in advance if this happens.

How do room assignments work?

For trips with shared accommodation, we typically arrange separate rooms for male and female travelers. If you're traveling with friends or as a couple, we're happy to accommodate your rooming preferences. Just let us know your preferences when the WhatsApp group is created.

What about dietary requirements?

We accommodate all dietary requirements when meals are included in the experience. We always ask for all dietary restrictions in the group created before the experience.

Why are flights not included?

We keep flights separate to give you maximum flexibility in your travel plans. This allows you to choose your preferred airline, use your miles, add stopovers, or extend your stay. We'll always recommend the best flight options and coordinate arrival times with the group to ensure everyone meets at the right time and place.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Yes! Our payment system through Stripe automatically handles currency conversion. While our prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), you can pay using your local currency. The conversion is done at current exchange rates when you make the payment.
