We'll start with a 45-minute Vinyasa flow to get your body moving, followed by 15 minutes of calming Yin Yoga to relax and restore. Vinyasa helps synchronize breath with movement, building strength and flexibility, while Yin focuses on deep stretches and mindfulness to release tension in the muscles and joints.

Yoga is not only a great physical workout but also the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. It's scientifically proven to reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve sleep quality, making it an ideal post-work ritual for anyone looking to reset and recharge.
